Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CLIP Learn, operated by CLIP — Chancery Lane Institute For Professionals (Dubai Knowledge Park, UAE). By accessing the platform you agree to them.

Your account

Access is provided to enrolled learners and their sponsors. Keep your credentials secure and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the platform or other users at risk.

Learning content & the AI trainer

Course materials, questions and the CLIP wordmark are the intellectual property of CLIP or its licensors and are provided for your personal study only — you may not copy, resell or redistribute them. MOEgent, our AI trainer, answers from CLIP’s own materials and is a study aid: it is not legal advice, and it can make mistakes. Always verify anything you rely on against the primary sources and your examiner’s guidance.

Assessments & integrity

Practice results, mock exams and written submissions are for your development. Submitting work that is not your own, or otherwise undermining assessment integrity, may lead to loss of access. CLIP does not set or award the CGI examination itself; the Chartered Governance Institute does.

Availability & changes

We aim for a reliable service but provide it “as is” without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We may update features, content and these terms; we’ll post material changes here.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CLIP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes of the CGI examination. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
