Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data CLIP Learn holds about you. This right comes from the UAE PDPL and, where it applies, the GDPR.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@cliplaw.academy from the address on your account, or send us the account email you’d like removed. We may verify your identity before acting, and we’ll confirm when it’s done.

What we delete

• Your account, profile and learning records (progress, answers, submissions, mastery).
• Your MOEgent AI-trainer conversations and any support threads.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We may retain the minimum required to meet legal or regulatory obligations (for example, a record that a certificate was issued), and we anonymise anything we keep for aggregate reporting.

If your place is sponsored

If an employer funds your enrolment, some records may be retained by them as the sponsoring organisation; we’ll tell you if that applies. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
